Return & Exchange Policy
At Alam Collection, we believe in transparent and fair dealings. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we completely understand if something doesn’t meet your expectations.
- If you’re unhappy with your purchase due to confusion over images, sizing, or color, you are welcome to return the item or request an exchange (different size, color, or style) — or simply a refund.
- However, due to health and hygiene reasons, used duvets, pillows, mattress toppers, or toiletries cannot be refunded or exchanged unless found faulty.
- Items must be unused and in original, sealed packaging to be eligible for return.
- Online orders only – returns from physical outlets cannot be processed online.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- As soon as we receive your returned item, we will quickly dispatch the replacement or process your refund.
